Pakora filling is a delightful mixture that can truly elevate your snack game. To ensure you achieve the perfect frying temperature for the oil, simply drop in a small amount of the prepared batter. If the batter bubbles up immediately and rises elegantly to the surface, you know the oil has reached the ideal temperature. Fry the pakoras in manageable batches until they achieve a beautiful golden brown color and a satisfyingly crisp texture. Once done, carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and allow them to drain on paper towels to eliminate excess oil before serving them hot. Additionally, I find that adding a side of mayonnaise is a hit, especially when guests bring their children over to my home, as it adds a creamy richness that everyone loves.
